Definitely liking the way 19’s look. Even on my Leon FR sport the ride height is very high for 17’s Would putting 19’s make any difference to the “gear” ratio or motor ratio as I suppose it is, and would anything need to be updated for the energy consumption?

Yeah I’ve debadged my Leon (that awful cursive badge) and it’s easy enough to do, getting it centred and back on would be the hard thing! I wonder is it just stuck on or are there pins to locate it on the bonnet.

I know there is a black mg badge on Ali express for the mg4 but does this replace the front badge or just stick on over it? Is the front badge removable as I might look at having it painted or wrapped in black instead of having another badge stuck over it. I’ll be getting the car detailed...

That’s so strange…they are absolutely flying out the doors in all dealers here (there’s only 5 mg dealers in Ireland I think) my dealer is selling 10 a day and 15-20 on a Saturday alone. In Ireland the exclusive trim (trophy) gets mats and 2 charger cables…is that not the case in the U.K.?

I don’t think it’s illegal here to have aftermarket led’s on any exterior lights, and if it is, it isn’t enforced. I’ve seen many big racers with blue or purple led tints to their headlights. Personally the indicators and license plate bulbs will be the only ones I’d change, and have done on...

Had those issues on an old Audi I had, from looking at the current led’s they all have canbus error correction in them, not guaranteed to work though but worth a try. Guess the license plate bulbs will need to be done too!

Thanks for that...looks like I'll be trying to replace those too! I cant see any cost saving in using old bulbs on the interior or exterior, an LED probably costs 10 cent each when bulk ordered...hardly going to add on the MSRP of the car!
