    Wing mirror extension

Yes, always assumed I would have to 'add' something on. Just ordered a set of cheap Beewave blind spot mirrors, with many excellent reviews, evidently they stick on the existing mirror, shall try them first before going more elaborate, thanks for the reply

Sorry, I should have mentioned 'at junctions' especially obtuse junctions, I cannot twist far enough to see oncoming traffic from the right

    Wing mirror extension

Hi all, I'm struggling with a neck injury and finding it difficult in seeing oncoming traffic from the drivers side. Pretty sure an enhanced mirror mod would help, any ideas? Obv's something that fits my 21 MG Ev Es

MG UK Mil Discount - 4 LR Trophy £23,365.75

Agree fabulous prices however beware of depreciation, unsure if its just MG's or ev's in general, my £25k Es just had its first mot, worth less than £8k on WBAC. Love ev's but unlikely to buy a new one

    Ev Tariff

Not read the whole thread but do your numbers before you commit to an off peak tariff. The cheap night time is slightly offset by them bumping up the day time tariff. If you do a lot of mileage then its probably worth it. The smart meters are ( confirmed recently in the press) a joke,

Any positive reviews MG ZS EV

Into my third year now, 40k and have saved an absolute fortune compared to my old Ice ( Ohme/Octopus home charger, rarely use public chargers ). Front tyres changed at 36k, rear still has loads of tread left, service costs next to nothing and a pleasure to drive, no issues todate. Infotainment...

How much do you spend on charging?

Had my MG es about 30 months now and have always monitored the cost comparison. The Ohme app allows actual historical costs to be used against my 'calculated' KIA Sport @ 42mpg MG 18Kmls @ 7.5p /kWhTotal £445 KIA 18k mls @ say 160p/ltr Total £3564 I rarely use public charging 18k/mls/per...

    Ohme Charger and Octopus Go

Ohme rang me to talk me through the settings when I changed from Go to Intellegent Go. 1.Ensure correct tariff is recognised 2.Set your % charge requirement,( mine 80-90%), your car will sort out balancing etc. 3. Switch OFF tariff cap- this allows occasional dynamic charging ie CAR charging...

ZS EV first year service cost....?

As a matter of interest anyone any idea what's involved with these services? It would provide ammo to challenge them. I challenged my recent 2nd, @ £250ish, they wanted to change the brake fluid as it may contain moisture, I asked what the test reading was.....blank look!....they reduced the...

MG ZS EV MK1 and Ohme ePod

I have the original ohme unit so your model may differ. Be careful, are you on Octopus 'Go' or Octopus intelligent Go? If the later, the tariff cap (7.5p) needs switching off, this allows occasional peak time charging at off peak rates. Confused? Speak with ohme /Octopus, good luck with that!!!

    fitting a chargepoint

Can only speak for myself but average 18k miles per year, DIY wallbox, home every evening to charge on Octopus Intel. Saves me approx £3k/year versus ice car. Trade in value is a bummer though

    fitting a chargepoint

Well said, competent of course but if the op has to go to a sparky avoid a 'specialist' they will be three times the price. Did my own two year ago for less than £350 and that included a new DB.
