At night I pull up the Parking Brake switch (not the rotary button) so the brake lights go off and the car stays in D. Pressing the accelerator will release the brake and the car will move off. So that is auto hold without the lights in effect.
Friends of mine have just taken delivery of a new Trophy and have the same problem. I tried the switching to other sources but that didn't change anything. I had to reboot the Infotainment screen to get the radio back.
I think their software version is the same. I saw the 1300R30 but...
I think you'll only find a message there if a yellow warning triangle is still on the display. Sometimes these messages flash up but don't leave a triangle. I suppose that means they're probably not important or just a glitch.
Each light represent 25% SoC (clockwise from top right). The lights go blue when you plug the cable in and change to green while charging. While charging one of the lights will "pulse" to indicate how far the charge has progressed e.g. if you have 2 solid green and the 3rd is pulsing the SoC...
I always think this is due to the BMS being out of "calibration" (the warning is triggered by the battery voltage not the GOM %). This could be an effect of not carrying out regular balancing & calibration (<10%-100% charge).
Had my first service with only 3500 miles on the clock. As far as I can tell it was just an expensive car wash (plus AA membership). They charged me the full whack rather than the "low mileage" rate.
I will rate them accordingly.
If you mean the dots under the Speed Limit Sign Recognition the manual simply says "The speed limit sign currently recognised has additional information. Please pay attention to it".
I suppose if you didn't notice the sign it detected that is no help at all.
Although I'm in my 60s I've always been an "early adopter" of new technology (I'm a software developer so I'm always interested in such stuff). I'm not at all anti LKA or AEB but I'll only continue to use it on a day-to-day basis if it works sufficiently well and doesn't spoil the driving...
My last car had ABS and indicators and I was perfectly happy with that.
I'm perfectly able to drive centrally in a lane and control my speed with my right foot. I like the idea of FCA but IMHO the false positives worry me more. No doubt the technology will mature in time and then maybe I...
Same here. I keep all the "assist" features turned off now and I just love driving the car. If it has cost over £30k (like most EVs) I might be disappointed but it didn't so I'm not :)
