When I take a vehicle for service it's nice to meet the person who did it. That extra question, comment or information is reassuring. Also, if I have attended for a pretend service then I could maybe use a pretend rubber stamp.
The kind way of looking at it is that it's a stepping stone for people who are inexperienced or not very talented to aspire or at least feel a little bit better about themselves. If it encourages people to take a job then that's one more person making a contribution and one less government...
My Mg5 long range was bought new a couple of months ago. 2500 miles already. Haven't bought 3 year prepay service deal because saving is minimal. MG cover on breakdowns is appealing so I think I will use dealer for servicing. Stoneacre Derby is supplying dealer.
