A steering wheel (also called a driving wheel (UK), a hand wheel, or simply wheel) is a type of steering control in vehicles.
Steering wheels are used in most modern land vehicles, including all mass-production automobiles, buses, light and heavy trucks, as well as tractors. The steering wheel is the part of the steering system that is manipulated by the driver; the rest of the steering system responds to such driver inputs. This can be through direct mechanical contact as in recirculating ball or rack and pinion steering gears, without or with the assistance of hydraulic power steering, HPS, or as in some modern production cars with the assistance of computer-controlled motors, known as electric power steering.

    Tacky/sticky steering wheel

    When ambient temperature is over 14 degrees, my steering wheel on my MG5 feels a little sticky/tacky. Have tried cleaning etc, but has not sorted it. Wondered if any others owners have the same thing or may have a suggestion to fix this? Cheers

    Last week my MG ZS EV was delivered at my work. It rolled off a trailer and I got no explanation of how the menu's work. Is there a possibility to get the navigation on the screen behind the wheel in stead of on the screen in the middle of the car? And how can I do this?

    Movement in steering wheel tilt mechanism

    I have noticed the steering wheel tilt mechanism feels slightly loose when locked in position and it still moves/clicks slightly up and down. My local MG service centre took a look and said this is normal. Has anyone else noticed this? and if so can it be fixed. Thanks

    vibrations in the car / steering wheel

    i feel some vibrations i my new HS around 100-120km/h , it's not only in the steering wheel. it's worse when ICE is running. are your cars doing this or should i contact the dealer, or maybe wait and get some km's on the clock to see if it's a running in problem (it's only run 300 km's now)
