It's super-versitile and has run our compressor fridge for 5 days (with the panel attached too), so I'm sure would do most that anyone wants.

With solar you'd need a bit of sun too, often hard to come by in England!! I did buy a solar phone charger for use when camping years ago but it barely worked at all when it was overcast.

My home solar panels don't do too much unless there is proper sun either, but the tech will have advanced a bit since they were installed.

Well two years have passed since the last post. MG5 SR cars have really come down in price, hence why I bought mine. I believe them to be exceptional value compared to similar ICE cars of the same age and mileage.
Just my thoughts on this interesting thread.

Its not really the same sort of depreciation that we are used to though. Most of the effect is due to the new price coming down steadily. Its a shame that my Trophy is only worth half what I paid for it 18 months ago but such is life when you are an early adopter and I don't intend getting rid of it any time soon.
