I've bought my 'MG Trophy EV Long Range' in October 2022.
I'd like to check the service records.
Does anyone know how to access the 'MG Digital Records' service history?
None of the links, which give a breakdown of the service for each model, work. Does anyone know where to get that information?Should work for any dealer.
MG state this is possible but I don't recall anyone ever doing it.

Must admit I'm a bit disappointed with MG. I used to own an Hyundai & the level of service information they provided was far superior to what MG do. I'll be going back to Hyundai if they don't improve.
Thanks, that worked. Although it is only a limited list of the work carried out (nothing about tyres, brakes, fluid levels, battery condition etc -I'm assuming they do check those things). What I've seen has not really changed my earlier comments about Hyundai.Just checked and the links work for me.

It's an MG garage, surely they all give the same level of service? Also my original question was about the MG website (which I would expect to work with Chrome, but doesn't) not the garage.Yes working for me as well...
Remember that it's your local service garage that you are dealing with, not MG. Garages are authorised by MG to service the car. My garage gives me detailed printout of service carried out and provides a short video of the work as well. See some of the posts on the forum with photos of service reports
If your local garage is not up to scratch, I would use another.
