I have a noise of plastic vibration from the air conditioning unit next to the driver. If I hit the dashboard, there is loose plastic. I think it comes from the air conditioning key. Has anyone disassembled it? Pictures?

I had the same problem yesterday. The rattle was coming from the passenger sun visor, it was unclipped.

My Air Con makes a ticking noise, which is barely audible inside but quite noisy outside the car. Anyone else noticed this?
Yes, that's usual. You won't hear it with an ICE car, but can with an EV. Some owners have reported especially noisy AC compressors, which was rectified with a change of oil in the compressor (some MG4s had wrong oil in compressor)

Yes! Have exactly that. Dealer said to bring the car in to them and they were surprised at the noise. Then they checked the new cars in showoom, they all did it!
Hence, they classified as normal and no suggestion any action required.
I've stopped worrying as you can't hear it inside. Am I too trusting?

I have been hearing a ticking/knocking noise from inside the car, I finally noticed that it is a lot worse if I switch the air conditioning off, it just about vanishes when I switch it back on again.
It sounds a bit like 'pinking' ( I know that it cannot be pinking) and seems to be coming from in front of the glove box.
I would appreciate any helpful suggestions.

Well, that seems to be opposite of my observation so hope some other clever soul can suggest something, but I'm baffled by your issue, sorry.
