Review by Ginny Buckley from Electrifying - all very positive!.
Below is a comment I left on the video:-

Good review! I think its great and a real successor to MG's history. What looks even better however, and adds a healthy dose of practicality is GTS Coupe they just revealed. MG have really got ahead of the competition!
At completely the orher end of the range, i recently got the new MG3 HYBRID as my daily car, and afterxalmost 3 months remain hugely impressed with the value for money. One thing though, MG UK need to up their game in terms of Customer Service. At the budget end of the market a hopeless lack of knowledge about the product is one thing, but as you move upmarket the customers will expect more!
I think it was at the Geneva Motor show, they displayed a so far only Chinese market saloon (sold in China possibly as an im), badged as an MG9. It looked fantastic as a sort of four door coupe, and as competition to a Porsche Taycan so refreshingly different. Along with the Cyberster Roadster and Coupe, that could really establish the MG Brand amongst the usual premium German brands in the UK and Europe, afterall for people of my age (59) the name MG has real heritage, which could easily be spread to include thevyounger generation. All that said MG UK (I dont know how things are in Europe), will have to be more mindful of a more demanding customer base.

There is a youtube review of a guy comparing the Cyberster with the Z4. I do not give the link here because I do not want such a rubbish review to get more klicks.
I am afraid by mentioning it here it will do the contrary already, but I have to point out that he is talking nonsense about the Cyberster. Testing a car with a pre set opinion and having no knowledge about the car. Worst example when he is talking about the Cyberster can not switch off lane assist and so on, saying MG is not quite there yet. It takes two clicks and all is switched off. When they review the car they should study it first before giving wrong information. Same about the driving experience, not even mentioning the dual motor and the different driving modes, which make a huge difference, from cruiser to real sports car.
Having said this, the Cyberster is a fantastic roadster and so is the Z4.

In the UK you can compare them by price of course and go for the Z4 as it is trouble free petrol driving, but by price he should have compared with the Cyberster GT. Here in Thailand the Cyberster is a no brainer as the Z4 cost EUR 150,000 and the Cyberster GT cost 65,000 EUR.
On top of all that he is not showing the cars, only his face!

Like the fully charged show but quite telling that Jack Scarlett says he can only drive it with the top down because of his height, and even Robert Llewellyn, 5ft 11 made comment about the top of the windscreen bar encroaching into his eye line.

So would appear to be a car for short people!!
