Android Auto Help

I have been trying to get it working on any of our phones for MONTHS without success. I have tried different cables, bought dongles, reset everything, deleted everything, restarted everything, and have not had any joy. I would love to hear if you do and what you do to achieve it!
Keep trying....
There are many types and different qualities of USB-A to USB-C cables. Just a few of them is good for android auto. Avoid old or long (100cm+) cables, since old cables cannot deliver enough power and their data bandwidth is not enough even for connecting. On top of this, not all of the wires are connected. ...so try to find a new, short (max. 20-30cm), hight power data cable.
If you use wireless adapter, usually it comes with suitable, high performance USB cable.
