Likely intended / ordered for a demo model, registered by the dealer, then advertised for sale as a pre-reg with only 23 miles on the clock.
Price is incorrect I would say.

Not only is that unethical it's bordering on unlawful. If it happens, it should be reported to Trading Standards.

I bought the red Trophy demo car from Palmers, Hemel Hempstead. Website price minus £2.5k grant minus £1.5k deposit contribution.
The blue car is a Trophy Connect, so at least you're getting some music for the extra ten grand!

It was unregistered when they offered it to me. Palmers bought it for use as a demo car, but they decided to sell it to me instead.

I have purchased a few pre-reg cars over the years and have always found them to be a good deal !.
Being able to grab a pre-reg dealer car, beats the price increase because the dealer ordered the car prior to the reduction in the grant.

Yes. My ZS was a pre-reg that the dealer registered to get their quota in.
