I've recently had the tbox enabled and iSmart activated in my MG4. Now every time I get out of the car, I get this warning via the iSmart app after 10 mins. The car was correctly closed and turned off. There's nothing "running" that I can see that would trigger such alarm. Any ideas?

Although ACC usually means Adaptive Cruise Control could it mean, in this instance, Automatic Climate Control that should shut down after 10 minutes?

What does the app home page and heating page show?

Do you leave the heating on when you shut down the car?

The screen I posted was my first drive this morning, and I did not use AC in that trip. ACC could mean "Accessory"? As in traditional ignition cars that had that position before the ignition?

iSmart status screen shows all is ok, nothing weird.

I'm sorry, I should have been clearer with my request for experimentation.

When you lock the car or after receiving the notification can you go to the app MG page and then the 'Climate' tile to see if the app shows the heating to be On or Off.

Or after locking the car turn on the heating on the Climate tile and see if the app reports it going On or Off. If it switches On you should receive the 10 minute display so then switch it Off and see if you receive the exceeding 10 minutes notification.

If after locking the car and tapping the app climate power button the app tells you it switched the heating Off then that is a bug and you need to see the dealer.

Oh I see, yeah, I can try that. Thanks!

I have an AAWireless dongle in the USB port... mmmmh, could that be it? Will check if I disconnect it.
My CarPlay dongle stays active / connected for a minute or two after locking the car, but I believe that is just a bit of residual power (like an LED faintly glowing after turning it off). The USB port should be on a switched fuse, as in it should turn off when the car does. It’ll be interesting to see if that causes it, especially as it shouldn’t.
