ZS EV Luxury
Hello guys, i've done some research online but I can't seem to find definitive answer what my battery voltage is.
I own MG ZS EV from 08/2021 with 45000km on the odo. After balance charging it shows 404 volts. I read that it should be around 450.. is this valid for the facelift model that I have or it's only for the older one?
Please advice !
Thank you !

I believe that's only for the Mark 1, which happens to have an unusually high maximum main battery voltage of 449 V (after a firmware update; from the factory some went to 455 V). That makes the nominal main battery voltage 399.6 V, assuming a nominal cell voltage of 3.7 V.

The facelift models have three differently configured battery packs with two chemistries.

also, see here:

That site doesn't seem right. There is a thread on this forum with photos, and the Mark1 battery is definitely 18 modules arranged in a 3 x 6 array. Total cells is 108 (each module has 6 cells in series).

My MKl ZS EV had a voltage of 455V & my MKll ZS EV Trophy SR says 399- 400V when fully charged.
I read that there was a software update for the Genl to reduce the voltage from 455V to 400V to make use of the regen when the battery pack is fully charged, instead of having to wait until the voltage drops to allow regen energy to go back into the battery pack.
