Bigger wheels / rims on our MG3 Hybrid+

Hi, here are some MG3's tuned by thai guys.

18 inches rims and bodykits are soooo gorgeous on the MG3, don't you think ?

On that white model, we can see the carbon look covers for the mirors, coming from MG5 model. Bigger brakes are installed as well and the vehicule is 1.5 inch lower on coilover.

So here is one setup that people can install :
225/40R18 tyres are not too expensive and are made for more sport.

another setup possible is :
offset 38 tire 215/40 R18

And wheels are 5x112 type. The black one has spacers as well.


Downsides : less comfort... less fuel economy ... but looks so much better don't you think ??

the body kit suits it very well, a previous post from GIROLDO from 24.08 gave the links to the details of the kit and rims, and the Thai price. now what is it and when will they be available????.

any idea where we can find the rims, especially the star one on the black mg3??

Looks well, but ride comfort would be compromised.

Leave it alone if your car is under warranty. If you start messing around with "boy racer" dress up bits, you may suffer problems including performance degradation.

Seems the OEM Rims 16 inches are :

16x6.5 ET45 5x112 , that's what someone else found

The correct OEM size is actually 16x6 - ET50 - 5x112
