My previous car was a Mazda 3. It had blind spot warning indicator lights in the wing mirrors, and when I put my indicator on to change lanes if there was a car there it would beep at me. Under the same conditions the MG just flashes the indicator lamp. Is there any way of getting an audio warning?

Agree with audible signal. Actually, it would be much better if the warning light would be visible in the side- mirror

Gomev: my car is an HS PHEV.
The warning light is: a. small, b. not bright, and c. it is positioned in the door, not in the mirror.
At best, you can say that it is positioned somewhat in the direction of the mirror...

Aha I see, sorry didn't spot that in your profile, assumed it was a ZS EV, in which case it is small (big enough) but bright and in the mirror. :)
