Bluetooth device "SAIC_w_ Car"

Anyone know what the above device in the Bluetooth device list might be?

It's not the same device used for Bluetooth audio/handsfree, and if you try to connect to it, the phone says "an app is needed for this".

Anyone? Bueller? Anyone?

Maybe a diagnostic unit using bluetooth when in for a service etc.
