BP Pulse - Not Charging

There are few of these installed in a local carpark (on the wall), these chargers are around 6 months old at best.

Went to charge today and after starting the charge via the app the car makes the noise as it's about to to charge and the charge point changes colour and then briefly goes red but then no charge and the car just says "Connected Uncharged". When I came in to charge there was another car about to leave that had used the socket and also tried another socket which already had a car charging but mine didn't work on either. The other cars weren't MGs. Any ideas? I have used similar looking BP chargepoints before (but those were Polar branded where it has charged as normal).

Was tried to charge a pre-facelift MG5.

Try it somewhere else, BP pulse are not exactly known for their reliability so it could just be the chargepoint playing up.

Assuming it's an untethered chargepoint maybe try another cable if you have one.
