Can you extend stationary time in traffic jam assist?

Hi, I have just got my HS PHEV, loving it.
Can anyone tell me when in traffic jam assist is there any way that you can extend the stationary time before you have to use the throttle?

Does it bling you every time to tell you to set off by pressing the throttle or the resume in the cruise?

Yes but not sure if you can just turn bing off leaving the jam assist on.

It annoys me too but a bit less ever since I started using the resume cruise control lever instead of the pedal

Never really used traffic jam assist so was playing with it the other day.

Just want to confirm, I was already in traffic so I pulled the stalk back twice to enable traffic jam assist but I still need to set the cruise control which the lowest speed was 20mph for the jam assist to work?

And yea the bling bling got annoying every time the car stopped and need to set off again and it just bling every time to tell me to use the accelerator or resume to set off.
