Hi,

The manual mentions a traffic jam assist option in the "entertainment system". I haven't been able to find it, can anyone assist, or is this only available on the trophy model?

Thanks, Clive. I've tried YouTube, but no luck there. The manual mentions the traffic jam assist button on the display, but I can't see it in the menus. I'll keep digging.

Thanks Clive, its the mention of the Traffic Jam Assist system switch thats confusing me. I'll have a play around with the Adaptive Cruise Control and see what I can find.

My understanding is, when MG Pilot is engaged it additionally monitors the car in front to help keep you in lane. The stop/start process is still regulated by the '3 second rule' - if there is traffic in front which keeps the car is stationery for more than 3 seconds, you have to tap the accelerator or flick up the 'joy stick' button on the wheel.for the car to move again.

No problem…
Apart from phantom braking at times when in certain situations it gets confused with parked cars, it’s quite impressive an impressive system in terms of the degree of curves in the road, that it will tackle using the lane assist. Much more so than my other car…
