Took my MG4 TLR into Chapelhouse Wigan today for it's first service, the team were pleasant and easy to speak with and I was dealt with immediately upon arriving. Booking the service, about a week previously, was also simple and straightforward. On the day they turned the car around within 2 hours, but they appear inexperienced with the EV side of the business. Despite SC077 being available for a least the past 3 weeks it was not applied to my vehicle and, had I not specifically raised the question, I believe that I would have been sent on my way without it. We had to rebook the car for later in the month to have this installed due to a lack of on site techs at the time. All in all a dissapointing experience but I would hope that this was simply a one off due to staff shortages, otherwise the experience rated an 8.5 out of 10 & the service itself came in at £120, a little more than MG UK appear to indicate on their website, but I think I made up the difference in coffee
