Has anyone else had difficulty in getting an MGZSEV to charge from charged EV smart charger. We have had one fitted over a month ago and are still unable to get it to work. There technician has been out and checked it no fault found and are saying the car's at fault. It charges quite happily of its own supplied charger.

If its working on the granny charger OK i would just pop to a locale charger and try it out just helps you to go in the right direction for fault finding,i no when they test the ev charger units they use a feed back adapter to replicate a car charging..

Sorry, but what do you mean by “charged EV smart charger”. You need to be a bit more specific and quote a make and model number. There’s a lot of experience on here and it’s probable that someone has the same type of charger that you have - but we need to know what it is first. I have a Myenergi Zappi unit and had issues with it initially - so it’s quite common to need a bit of help to start with. ?

The charger we have is smart pro 190105a102 if anyone can advise please
