Charging stops after a few percent

Clearly it's not working as intended. You asked for ~ 32kWh - how much did you get? I'd guess around 15kWh, about 20%. If so it sounds like your "smart" charge point is restricting the charge, possibly by advertising too low a maximum rate from the Protocol Controller.
Is there a maximum charge option within the settings that would allow you to set it to just charge as fast as possible and see what rate you get then?
Can you also post up a screenshot of your settings - is it set for cheapest charge or least CO2?
Also, is there not a 3 year onsite warranty on your installation? Can you get the installer back?

No the only power option is to allow trickle charge - something which was relevant to the Gen 1 ZS unsure if that's the case with the facelift?

So, an update on my charging woes. We tried to use a public charger over the weekend (first time since getting the car) and had no success, in fact ended up with the dreaded system failure message and couldn't use the car. AA came out and plugged in their computer and cleared the fault code. Upon getting it home, the Rolec started charging without any issues. So I'm putting it down to a car issue (even though we've been charging on the granny charger with no issues).

Coincidently, our charger installers came yesterday to fix the charger (after 2 months) which they said had a potential DC leak.

So now it's not clear if the car or charger was the issue. But it all works again so we're happy, just need to pluck up the courage to try a public charger again.
