Checklist for first time buyer MG5 UK

I am looking at second hand MG5 61.1kWh Exclusive Long Range options.

Is there a way to see battery state of health with a consumer OBD connection and iPhone app?

Could any one point me to the Checklist(s) mentioned elsewhere in the forums?

Any pointers for used purchases likely to be 4+ years and 30k miles ish.

Check for rust, get down and dirty around the underside, pay particular attention to the bottom of the sills, especially if no flaps have been fitted as road detritus chips off the paint (there's only paint, no sealant on the sills on MG5) and they can get rusty.
