Hi everyone.
I’ve had my tango MG4 now since late October last year. There has been the odd issue, but nothing to make me regret buying.
However, one thing that really irritates me is the heating. Initially, the heating is brilliant, but after prolonged journeys, for some unknown reason, I get a really cold draught from somewhere? I wonder, where does it come from?
Anyway, I saw an interesting post on Facebook earlier. The guy said the vent in the front bumper was stuck open.
I wonder if this draught comes when the vent opens??
Has anyone else investigated this, I wonder if this can be disabled to see if it fixes the problem. Maybe pull a fuse or something.
Do others get this same problem?

I would think it highly unlikely that the front vents would cause a draught inside the cabin area of the car.
Have you checked each ac vent to see if one of them is directed straight at you? I know some people have been having trouble getting their ac to give a constant temperature, constantly swinging from hot to cold as the thermostat cuts in and out.
Just wondering if what you perceive as a draught is the temperature of the blown air suddenly getting cold as that happens.

I Also think that it might be this. Some HVAC systems have the annoying feature of getting up to the set cabin temperature and then blowing colder air, if it is slightly exceeded to get it back down!
