Complete shut dowm

Hy folks, i am new here and i get my MG HES Hybrid yesterday. Had to make a jump start and could get it out of the truck.
After running about 10 minuts, to left te car i press start button and he shut down and have any more energy.
Today i start again with jump start and there where a big list of errors.
I try to keep with running around 30 minuts to charge some battery but 0.
Even doens´t charge by cable.
Have you any ideias what can i do before call the work shop?

How long did you leave the cable connection run.

The jump was fast, but if you mean the cable connection to electricity supply it was more than 1 hour

I would charge the car over night , the battery manager would not let the car HV battery go flat as if it did you will never get it charged. The battery could be very low and take more then a hour to show charge but as this has not happened to my knowledge after doing this you need to take in to the work shop.
Is this a new car?

The car is from 2022. I disconnect now the auxiliar battery for 1 or 2 hours, maybe he can do a reset. it looks like the auxiliar battery has no power because she didn't react when i take out the wires

If been stored for some time the 12V battery sounds dead needs to be replace then try the car with new battery and HV over night charge after that it’s a workshop job.

Well is fixed. I put a new 12v battery and things start to work. I was abble to charge 100% battery and after my electrician friend connect his tablet to the car and lots of errors where fixed.
