Anyone noticed the current trip screen info is retained after switching off, unlike the ZS.
Often in the ZS I forget to check the journey's m/kWh before switching off and switching it back on resets it to ----
In the MG5 it retains it and I can check it by switching the car back on if I forgot.
Or am I missing some setting on the ZS that retains it ?

I'm sure on mine I have a page where it shows me current trip which always resets and a page for average trips overall which you can reset. You're not looking at the average are you? I'll have to check later when I drive.

No, both the average and the current are still there on the 5
My ZS retains it... For at least an hour
My ZS definitely doesn't retain it, I've switched it straight back on after switching off and it's reset back to --.-- :(

That’s another interesting variation. My ZS holds the short term trip for about an hour or so. If I switch off and lock the car and say shop for 45mins when I return and drive off it still has the short term trip details retained. The longer term trip needs resetting to remove the figures.

Proved myself wrong today chaps, turned ZS back on after SWMBO came back from shopping and lo and behold the current trip data is still there, I must have not switched it back on straight away as I said before, it must have been some time later or I may have switched it off and on a couple of times. DOH !
