dab issue on HS phev?

Has anyone had their HS Phev lack of dab radio issue corrected yet? My car is coming up to its first service and the dealership knows nothing about it and definitely don’t have any schedule recalls pending.

Moved although I'm a bit puzzled by the fact you say you are driving a ZSEV
