Do you name your car? If so what did you call it?

Have named all my cars usually based on Numberplate or Manufacturer/Country of Build eg our DS5 was called Edith (Piaff) our Passat Villey the 740 Volley anyway finally settled on a name for my MG4 its now known as the Matrix (because just like in the films there's always a glitch in the Matrix)
What names do you give yours?etc

Erm

The 4 is called Obi as the plate end on OBU.
Smart car is called Phillippe because it’s French made and plate is FPY.
Chrysler was called Arnie because it was an American made in Austria.
MG TF was called Kev as the plate started KV.

There have been others I’m sure but I forget.

Ours is really my wife's car, so she had the privileged of naming it.
We have an annoying TV advert for "Venus" ladies underarm shavers, the big selling point is that they are soooo Smooooth!
So or car is now "Venus," because it is also so smoooth.

My wife asked me what I was going to call my new car, she always names hers but I have never done it before.

Mine arrives Thursday, I am thinking of calling her "Gamora".

I like Marvel and it's a green XPower so will probably frighten me a little!

The reg ends XZP so difficult to make anything from that.

Ours is called Elsie, as the first letters of the number plate are LC and it helps me remember...

I asked my friend - coincidentally also called Elsie - if her car (a red 2012 Polo) had a name. She said "Mary Theresa Junior". I gave her an odd look. Turns out that she had a work colleague called Mary Theresa who was always referred to as "MT". When Elsie got the car someone noticed that the last three registration letters were "MTJ" and said, oh look, Mary Theresa Junior.

My first Citroen Berlingo Multispace was delivered just a day or two after we had been in San Diego and couldn’t believe it’s reg number - SD##ZPK so it was referred to as the San Diego ZooParK.
Current MG5 is Magnette after a beautiful MG saloon car from the fifties.

In an Yoda-ish way my wife’s MG4 announces ‘itself’ as ‘Orange_I_Am’ during startup. Sometimes there’s nothing ? and sometimes we’re half way down the road and ‘it’ pipes up.
