Does anyone know if the MG4 SE Standard Range displays a warning when the screen washer tank is empty?
Ours doesn't, sadlyDoes anyone know if the MG4 SE Standard Range displays a warning when the screen washer tank is empty?
It seems that mine does not have it, which is surprising because the previous older cars that I owned all had it.Ours doesn't, sadly
Nothing like point out the obvious to solve a problem ??The warning you get is that no water comes out when you try to wash the windscreen....
Nevertheless, this is a minor issue and overall I am still satisfied with the MG4The warning you get is that no water comes out when you try to wash the windscreen....
Same for Trophy.?The warning you get is that no water comes out when you try to wash the windscreen....

Strange, the washer fluid reservoir is only 2.5 litresI’m not even sure the Trophy Long Range has it? ( I really need to check the manual ?)
Just before we went away for a trip I filled the window washer up. Now it was a brand new 5 litre tub & I used most of it & id of thought I’d of got some warning of low level?
Unless the screen wash container in car is bigger than what I thought & there was still plenty in there?
Or a dipstick even, my old 2010 Prius had one.A washer bottle sensor would be a useful addition, especially as the bottle is hidden from view. IMHO
