EO Mini Pro 1 & ZSEV Trophy Connect Charging Issue

I have an EO Mini Pro 1 which has stopped charging the car recently. The blue light is showing on the charger and the Blue charging lights on my MGZSEV TROPHY CONNECT. This was supplied and fitted by EDF. The software is no longer supported. The company suggested to fix it by EDF have not replied. Any suggestions?
