F.I.T. tariff November 2012 - Charging my MG ZS EV from solar panels

Could someone please advise what were the prevailing F.I.T. tariffs for solar panels installed in November 2012? Alternatively where could I address my queries? (other than the FIT provider considering that they do not respond to my emails).
