"Failed" iSmart EV Managemet

Hi everyone, new to the forum, recently bought HS PHEV Trophy and loving driving it.

I'm having problems trying to schedule the charging or start charging from the iSmart app/EV Management screen. Whenever I try either action I get "failed", so not able to manage the EV management remotely. Both of these actions work fine from in the car infotainment system.

Hoping someone knows a way to get the iSmart app working, any help please?
 
I complained to China as I have the same plus often the ismart goes days without connecting. The ony time the charger bit works is once I have it charging.
I think it is their servers but on 10/3 it is going in under warranty.

Our analysis indicates that there is an issue with your vehicle's telematics box.

Please go to a local MG dealer to do a diagnosis.
Please bring the below information to the dealer:
Conduct the vehicle diagnosis, and check TBOX in a high priority,
Create a SNW ticket.
If the TBOX is with error, then do a replacement of TBOX with SIPS, but DO NOT replace the hardware.

I find it’s the internet if correct to it I first go to data then on the front page make sure the car is corrected by pulling down then do a scan of the car. Now we know the car is up and running then go the the charger page were you can schedule the time of charge.
