Neither do I, so I've now changed my order in the poll from grey to orange!! My tango trophy is confirmed as arriving before the end of October .

I did like the grey, but (apart from the longer wait) we felt that it wasn't the best colour for the MG4 to show up the nice contrast between the black trim and the car colour.

I've seen the orange in person and really like it. Part of me thinks that sporty new car deserves sporty colour, not a reserved but classy colour like the grey. Part of me (the worried part) thinks that the orange will attract vandals and boy racers, and the family will accuse me of having a mid life crisis!

For me it was always between the MG4 in blue or the Cupra Born … there is no doubting this is my MLC car ?
The other half says it’s ok so long as I stop at a younger model of car

Lol! If any one from the MG4 forum sees an orange Trophy with private plate begins with C2 will know it’s you!? Should have covered the whole plate up ?

In China the MG4 is called the Mulan, after a legendary folk heroine. Anyway, probably because I’ve been scouring YouTube for reviews of the MG4, the algorithm has presented me with lots of Chinese ones. I noticed this interesting colour available in China.

I have finally picked up my black MG4 SE LR today, my original choice was Grey Trophy, but dealer told me I wouldn’t be able to get one until Feb next year! But they managed to find one orange and one blue in their compound for me which I didn’t like. Because it’s a little too attention grabbing for me!, then they offered me a white SE which I accepted, only while we were sorting the paperwork did I realised it was a SR, so after a little faffing about I went for the Black, at least it has privacy glass?

BTW I got matts (dealer’s own brand), a water bottle, and a MG Teddy bear apparently they don’t make these bear anymore, it might worth a fortune in a few years ?

Hey Forum.

I thought it would be a bit of fun for this forum’s members to take part in a poll and to post their pics of the time and place they pick-up / have delivered, the first MG4, on these boards. Extra kudos to dealership hand over photo

Thought it would be also interesting to ascertain the members colour choices, no need for trim, as an aside to ascertain which member gets their car first.

Also be interesting so see, out of the 1000 first batch of MG4’s, how many go to members of the MGEVs Community

As an incentive, I offer to purchase the winning member (going off the date and time posted), an MG T-shirt, purchased from the forums very own ’Merch” thread/shop. The winning members postal details, I will garner from contact via ‘PM’.

The Orange is quite a unique colour. I guess thats why the adverts and promotions always showed the Orange.
