Gridserve Chargers

This weekend I stopped at Leigh Delamere services west bound and had great difficulty in initiating a charge, 6 attempts, Gridserve units, on a support call for 10 minutes or so and it final worked. Returning back had exactly the same issue , again long support call. They said they sometimes have this issue with MG cars. Is it Gridserve or MG that is the issue?
Operator had sympathy with me as it was raining heavily so got a free charge. ?

There are two really good charge stations within 1/2 mile of M4 J17. We don't bother with Leigh Delamere any more.
