Handsfree microphone quality

Iv just brought a new zs ev and the handsfree microphone seem so quite its unreal I saw some people had this issue. Should I go back to mg and say its faulty or is it just a cheap rubbish mic.

I found that it was a bit quiet, but not enough for people to say that they couldn't hear me.

Ok thank you. People can just hear me but proper struggle and I have to really shout of they can't hear me

i have a New zs ev 2023 and have the same issue. i could not solve the problem. People say that my voice quality is very bad and they can not understand what i am saying.

I use mine through Android Auto and no one has ever mentioned that it sounds bad or struggled to understand me.

Hi everyone, i changed my mobile phone and now there is no problem. I think the problem was about Bluetooth software version and noise cancelation stuff.

Another posibility is.....If the bluetooth for some reason uses the microphone in the actual phone instead of the one in the car, this might happen.

If someone complains about it not being loud enough, maybe try and take you actual phone and put it closer to your mouth and ask them if that's better. (Make sure the rozzers dont see you or you will get a fine though )

I honestly dont know what the solution would be, but this is a pretty simple test, if nothing else, this rules out, this being the problem.
