Be interested to know what MG (Miles) say about LED lights at service and whether it’s a problem or not and whether it’s would affect the warranty?

I would think the only thing it would affect on warranty is if you claimed for a bulb, which I suspect not many would, even with the original bulbs, unless it's less than 12 months old. If you're worried about it, just swap them back to the originals for the service.
