We have a 3 week old new MG ZS EV Trophy. The Dealer set up my ISmart on the car and my iphone . It worked a couple of days and then stopped. I tried to reset it but a message kept saying "Password Error". Dealer suggested I delete my account, which I tried to do but as I'd obviously forgotten my password, it wouldn't delete the account! I have tried re-binding the vehicle, but it just keeps saying, vehicle already bound, so I go round in circles. Sometimes, when I've tried to re-bind, the message says, "service not available, please try later", which I do, many times, unsuccessfully! What am I doing wrong and how do I solve this - I need to know how to reset my password or to delete everything and start again.. All other apps have a "Forgotten Password" aid. Where is it on MG ISmart please!!
