Hi, I am new to this group and hoping someone might be able to assist in setting up my internet connection to my recently purchased MG Charging Hub. Followed the manual, it is not very clear and not what I would call a step by step guide. Connected and logged in successfully by wifi initially and then continued to complete settings as per the manual and then lost connection all together. Installed Ethernet cable and connected directly to my PC. Again, successfully connected and logged in initially, again proceeded to change settings and again lost connection. Now I am unable to connect any way at all even after checking and resetting my network setting. Anyone else had this problem and found a solution please. The phone number for assistance provided in the user manual connects you with a third party service for roadside assistance and were of no use at all. No luck with dealership where I purchased the vehicle and charging hub either. Thanks
