HELP (Sat Nav frozen in Brussels)

Hi all got my car back from dealer after 4 days in their workshop. Still the sat nav and locked in Brussels. They are very reluctant to change the unit under the warranty, regretting the purchase now.

Don't regret.. There are some software issues but this forum will help you. Mine was also in Brussels, but doing what was said fixed it.

They've sold you product and it's not fit for purpose. If they can't fix it, they replace it. They are prob delaying because they hope the bug goes away.

Hi after waiting 5 weeks for new part called T BOX to be fitted to solve the problem of the sat nav being locked in Brussels, guess what, it still dosnt work. The dealership HSH Bath blame MG and MG tech are tacking forever to respond, and i am totally fed up with all of them.

Try another dealer or give it back (reject)??‍

Hi that is just how i left it with the dealer this morning, last chance to fix it or the vehicle will be brought back rejected.

Job done then, they'll sell it quickly enough. Best get a banger while you wait for delivery of something else ??

Hi all only took 6 months but the sat-nav is working, i wont shout too loudly its only been 2 days.

Glad you’re sorted ? If it reverts back don’t forget that you could always move to Brussels…
