Higher charge rate ?

Does the MG5 have a higher charge rate on AC than the ZS ?
When I charge my ZS my smart meter monitor shows 7.1kW going out (including losses and background load in the house), SWMBO's MG5 shows 7.6kW, same background load in the house etc.

I wonder if that's software related to manage the charge in? ( We have the Mg5 , I have a CHR hybrid but now seriously contemplating to swap that for a ZS as it seems to make so much more sense. )

SWMBO loves the look of CH-R and it took some persuading to convince her full electric was the way to go, with the price of petrol escalating. I finally convinced her to have the 5.

Looks great but the engine feels strained most of the time. Full EV seems the most sensible way for me.
