Home Zappie charger keeps stopping before fully charged

My MG5 LR is now 16 months old and up to now has always charged to 100%.
Over the last few charges it has been stopping at random percentages and I can not work out why this happens.
Anyone any ideas?

Hi, what percentage are you starting at and is this on the granny EVSE or 7kW unit or rapid charger?

It’s on a 7Kw charger and the starting % has been variable can’t be sure exactly.

What make EVSE is it and what tariff are you on?

It’s a Zappie charger and I am on standard tariff £0.3281 per Kw

Yeh I agree with Jomarkh make sure Zappi is up to date and if that doesn’t charge things give MyErergi a call they are very helpful over the phone and will talk you trough all settings in no time.

There is also v5 firmware being released this week that adds new features to zappue v2 models.
Also what mode are you charging in fast, or one of the eco modes.

Have spoken to Zappie and they tried to update my router. They were not able too so sending me a new one. Great service from them.
