I smart app

I have a mg3 hybrid+, the car is currently bound, but none of the functions operate
Does anybody know if I delete my i smart account and unbind it, can I register again with the same details.
My previous ZS EV had no problems at all
The dealer is at a loss.

Hi Al29, customer service were very prompt in sorting my iSmart issue, basically they reset iSmart so I had to go through the set up process again - scan the little QR code etc, this worked for me, worth giving them a call - 01216550365.
