I got a slightly larger one in Leclerc in France in May as we had a whole two days of 30° sun, When I got home I tried to find one on Amazon so we had one each but ended up buying this one, now and then you actually get something which just does the jib as this does, I charged it up on Thursday USBC for about two hours, yesterday I turned it on and stood it next to me at 1pm, it was still blowing nicely at 10pm, got up this morning g and it was a bit warm so at 7am I turned it on again and turned it off at 10 am as I had to go out, put it back on against 2pm when I got home, it is now 3:40 and it is still going perfectly.

I think it is down to it having a good sized battery.

The French one only last a couple of hours before needing a charge.

That battery rating suggests it's an 18650 battery, same as you find in many devices such as laptops (multiple cells) and vapes. Some of the fans like these have battery compartments so you can swap out the battery. I have one like that and a supply of spare 18650 batteries.

I forgot to add, it finally gave up at bed time last night so it probably ran for a good 24 hours in total as I didn't charge it before noticing how long it was running.

The base is wide enough to stand on a level surface.

The one linked above is on a USB plug and has a stand.
