The WLTP range of an SR (51 or there about kWh battery pack, correct?) is 350km. So if she has an SR then a range of 335 km is what one should expect.
Perhaps in Thailand the battery pack is 64 kWh, which should give between 435 km (with spoiler) and 450 km of range. So the 430 km could be showing after a reset (when the car assumes you will do WLTP) and then drops when the car realises you’re driving like a normal person and not on some test track.
It is really hard to determine what causes an adjustment to the range. Weather, driving style, use of a/c or other things like charging a laptop, high driving speeds, going uphill… the list goes on.
Perhaps she can drive the car down to below 10% charge, leave it there for an hour or so, then charge to 100% and let the car balance (the car should do this automatically if you just leave it plugged in after completing the charge). Every now and then the car needs to see the bottom of the well in terms of the battery to more accurately predict what the car can do.
It could always be a deeper issue, but try these steps first as they are the strange things we never had to do in ICE vehicles.
