Infortainmemt centre does not like jack frost.

Hi My Daughter has a 2022 ZS. She has had a problem with her infortainmemt centre not working in freezing weather but comes back on when the temp inside the vehicle increases. She had been to the dealers but fault rectifies itself by the time she gets there.
It is now outside warranty and dealer has washed their hands of it.
Any similar issues

on my 2022, the screen occasionally (rarely) takes little bit longer to turn up but never that much that it bothers me, today on -2 it took maybe 10 sec longer ...

just wondering if anything works in the meantime - radio, air-con... ? And that's only in cold weather?

Ask her to try and hold "home" button under the screen for 10-15 seconds, that resets the screen, see if that helps. If not, try disconnecting 12V battery negative for a few minutes, that's like resetting a laptop, might help or might not but all it costs you is 15 min of your time ...
