Is there a way to read battery state in kWh?

Is that a calculated value of an actual value from the car? I'd be surprised if you can get more info from the API than via OBD

I wrote the code ;)

The API reports all cars having a 72.5kWh battery capacity and all kWh mesures reported are referring to that capacity. My code then rescales those to the net battery capacity published by MG for that specific model

As that's been answered (i.e. the integration calculates it) for interest I thought I'd show sample charts for SOC% and kWh remaining over past 30 days:

Essentially identical, which is to be expected when one is simply a factor of the other.

I wonder if the car's BMS also takes SOH into account and/or whether it actually measures the supplied charge via its coulomb counter and performs some re-calibration reset when 100% is reached or a specific cell voltage?

Most BMSs will do a full charge recalibration based on certain charge criteria being met, usually that a given voltage has been sustained for a minimum period of time while the charge current has tailed off below a threshold level.

kWh remaining is reported by the SAIC API. It's an entity in the Home Assistant integration.

I have SE LR MY23 (64 kWh) and my SoC and SoC_kWh in Home assistant calculates kWh as if I have 51kWh battery.
Can this be fixed so it shows correct value?

Sure, get in touch with me in pvt here on the forum, I'll need some debug info to distinguish that model variant

Hi, I send you a PM few days ago.
But we can continue here if you wish.

What do I need to do to give you debug info you need?

0.7.0-rc9 onwards will report 64kWh for MG4 with a low trim level and a configurable SoC target in the app. That's unfortunately the best I can do since MG re-used the same model code between the 51 and the 64 versions
