So I have had this Mg now for 2 years . The ismart app has had it ups and downs . Well more downs then ups . So the latest up date has not fixed the problem of Token expired and being logged out . I have contacted mg using the link in the app . The response was funny they said make sure you have good internet not using a vpn and make sure the time on my phone is correct.
I said that all is good the reply was then that the sim package has ran out and would have to wait till the next month lol.
Then send another email saying the problem is with the app and not the sim as it keeps logging me out . When you go on the apple apps review page for this app .There are loads with the same problem .
The last email they have sent goes as follows .

Your personal data will be deleted right after our use, your personal data for after-sale troubleshooting will not be sold, neither retained.

There is noway I am going to give them all the details .
Are other people having the same issue ? . If so we could all do with reporting it in the app.
