Hi, there is a global problem with iSmart or just for my app?

It might have just gone to sleep - when did you last drive it?
Maybe try unlocking then locking your car using the key fob? Perhaps also opening the door and pressing on the seat to bring the car to life (then locking the car)?

Mine is fine right now.

Thank you, after checking becuse Maps and online Music is not available at my country, the eSim is limited to 50mb. So the data ends fast ?. Don't find any information at the internet on how to change the eSim provider.

Probably only in Israel. Its a shame because there is no problem like this at ORAs, BYDs, Xpengs, and the rest of the Chinese manufacturers.

iSmart is probably very data-eco, but 50mb it's just not enough.
