When I tap on 'Travel' in the app it crashes. Anyone else experienced this?

It does this on mine when location is turned off, all ok if location is on (GPS)
Thanks Gus, but how do I turn on location? Do you mean on the infotainment screen when the car is switched on?

Hi all
Week 3 of ownership and linked car to app on day 1 without any problems. All worked well with the app for the first week but since then it refuses to "see" the car so I can't remotely set charging times, undertake the car scans or even find the car's location. I just get the message "unable to get the vehicle's GPS" and "status checking is failed, please try again later". I've tried switching my phone off and on, logging out of the app and logging in again, locking and unlocking the car and even doing a software update from the infotainment system (it reported no updates available) - nothing works! I've also tried the app on another phone but still no joy.
Any ideas/advice would be much appreciated.

It could be a failure of the modem in the car, which would be a visit to the dealer.

Just tried the 10mm spanner battery disconnect trick and it seems to have worked, for the moment at least. I hadn't appreciated that I would lose my cumulative mileage and miles/kWh data, is there anywhere else I can access this information?
I will report back if this fix has worked long term or if my problem returns after a week as before!
