So are there larger wheel options for the 2024 MG3 Hybrid? I would like to go to 17" rims, which fit the wheel wells. Maybe a recommended tyres size?

Larger wheels would suit the MG 3 better, generally you need to make sure the rolling circumference of the wheels and tyres that you fit is the same as the originals, I would imagine you can find an online calculator to work this out. Also you should keep the wheel offset the same.

Bear in mind, there will also be a compromise in terms of ride comfort.

Watch you do not invalidate your insurance.
I guess you will have to declare a Modification.
This would definitely require notification to an insurance company, as iin their eyes, it is a material change that has the potential to affect the car's handling characteristics.

Would it affect the MG warranty?

Doubt it. Unless you had a suspension component failure, again doubtful. S'pose they could argue, the bigger wheels caused it. Wouldn't let that worry you though. If you want them, get um. Life's to short. 🙂👍

Thinking back on my Peugeot there was a label with several wheel/tyre/pressures on if on the MG that info is on your MG I'm guessing only those would be considered by MG as correct.

Thanks, some EV makers do offer a range of tyre choices and sizes, certainly BYD do here. If MG offers different rim/wheel sizes on some models then there should be a precedent

You can change the wheels, but best to go through your dealer because of not only your warranty, but also they will need to adjust your odometer/km-per-hr readings to suit your new wheel diameter. Likely the system monitoring your tyre pressure will need adjusting too.

That won't matter, you can go to larger wheels, as long as your tyre profile drops.
Get the correct wheel/tyre combo and nothing should be affected. Go through the dealer for your wheels, by all means. But they'll have a limited selection and probably bloody expensive. Best to go aftermarket, a lot more to choose from and a lot cheaper. Wheels shouldn't make any difference to your warranty. 🙂👍
